Configuring recoil compensation
Expected recoil rate sets an initial sustained downward speed. Automatic feedback adjusts that speed after valid screen observations. Immediate shot compensation is a one-time correction at firing onset.
Increase only the relevant setting in small steps. An initial jump suggests checking the onset value; upward drift early in a burst suggests checking the starting rate. Excessive values can cause a downward dip.
Save a named weapon setup and select it manually. Selecting a setup disables assistance so the change does not occur mid-burst. Resume with F8 in an explicitly permitted game environment.
