SPTAIM / FIELD NOTES
FPS sensitivity and recoil
A mouse count and a screen pixel are different units. Sensitivity and magnification affect how an input count changes the camera. A larger displayed recoil is not proof that a larger correction will behave well.
Changing several settings together makes it difficult to identify the cause of overshoot or drift. Keep a known baseline, change one value and record the result in a permitted test environment.
SPTAIM retains manual control safeguards and uses bounded correction. These limits intentionally prevent unlimited output; they cannot guarantee complete recoil cancellation.
